[color=#f1c40f]-Experience, Patience, Unbiased, determination. Although many may have the same Characteristics that I have. These characteristics is what makes a person a great and worthy staff member. I Always endeavor to comply with the rules to the server. I always do everything in my potency to ameliorate the server and make it more player amicable. I Have not genuinely descried a plethora of things erroneous with the server At the moment but I have visually perceived a lot of minges that have not been taken care of and I optate to be the one taking them out and making the server more earnest. I always try my best with everything I get and If something goes down I always go to try help out and do the role as a staff member should be doing. But all in all, its not so much as a competition on who is better, more on the unique qualities that I have to share with the server. ALL Staff should be unique in there own way and bring there own special qualities into the server.[/color]

I cerebrate that it is authentically paramount to have a staff member that Is involved with the community and being there at all times and endeavor to be as amicable to anyone they meet

I am a camp counselor. which doesn't mean much to right now but actually, It helps deal with situations. I am able to step into other people's shoes. I know when to use justice and I know when to use Mercy. I am unbiased person. I also enjoy finding solutions even in the toughest problems. I am not one to cause drama if anything I try to avoid it at most, unless my assistance is needed. All in all I believe you should accept me, not just because I have all these qualities that might help me, but I am willing to put fourth effort into using those qualities for good. What better way to use your experience than on a friendly server.[/color]

[color=#f1c40f]The role of a staff mentor is to teach/guide new staff members in their works. As a mentor it is your responsiblity and your job to insure that the new staff member is taught everything that is needed to know, as well as the rules and protocols. It is also your job to check up on the new staff that you have mentored to make sure that they are being a responsible staff member and your job to correct them if they are not.
As a new staff member it is your responsiblity to uphold your vows. It is also your job to take notes and remember everything the mentor has taught you. Examples on how you should take notes it: pull up docs/notepads or anything that you can save to take notes. Next you should literally type down everything they say. all the commands and rules. ask them hey do you have a rule form or something along the lines of that. just to make sure that any notes you may miss can be found. It is your job to remember you Commands! However if you are unable to do so, don't be down on yourself if you can't, this is the perfect opportunity to learn. Write them down as well. Like I said in the beginning literally type everything down that they say also if they missed something(THEY BETTER NOT) or if you have further questions, DON'T be AFRAID to ASK... thats how we LEARN!!! Even when you are a full fledged staff member, still remember that you can ask anyone higher or anyone your same rank for help. That is what the staff team is meant for (HELP) .[/color]

I will !cloak myself then get close to the staff member abusing his power and screen record the situation and send it the superiors.
